i am an older person and do not have a phone that downloads apps. does this mean i can not join? if so, is there another way to be able to get the information that would be so very valuable to me?

am very interested in purchasing OSR Sunday meeting just said must join Leap Mission Group to do so. Is there any further info you can provide for me please?
